With the many changes to C++ over the years, our C++ Beautifier has fallen
progressively behind, Because our emphasis has shifted to the Perl language,
we no longer have time or energy to keep it up to date.  Therefore, as a
service to C++ users, we no longer distribute our C++ Beautifier.
